Strange ad. It is probably full of trash and likely the homeless people that were living in it used drugs. You will need to remove the trash and pay to dispose of it responsibly (please do not illegally dump the trash on private or public property). Use your common sense and judgement if you decide to go into the RV as there might be homeless people doing drugs. If you decide to take the RV, I will have the police meet you and the tow company to remove any people from the RV.
Those statements say "stay away". This guy is trying to get the thing off his property and pass any responsibly to someone else, most likely at the advice of legal counsel. Can you say "teflon"? He says "The RV does not run.". How does he know this but not know if anyone is living inside?
