I like the looks of that Cobra unit, looks pretty sharp to me and obviously well maintained. Don't know what company makes them, but since the other one is a Fleetwood the second Class C turned me off and made the Cobra stand out as better. Sounds like there is a little room for price negotiation, and as gbopp noted, you will probably have to budget for new tires.
