All RV's depreciate, these will just depreciate far less than a more expensive unit. Remember, it's not the initial cost, it's what it costs you to own it that determines your actual cost. Judging from the pictures, either should bring a large percentage of the purchase price in a few years if taken care of.
The Fleetwood says it has 2 year old tires, that's worth several hundred dollars, the fact that he mentions no delamination makes it worth a look see.
These units look nice in the pictures, I would not hesitate if they check out in person.
