Your opinion of this older M/H

Check the tire dates. Ad says less than 2000 on tires, but it has only averaged 2700 or so miles (which is very low) per year so the tires might be aging. I would have a diesel person check it out very carefully since it might have just been sitting up for a good portion of the time. Just a heads up.

Wow thats a lot of RV for the money and it sure didn't strike me as being older.

Look hard for water damage.

Looks terrific. It seems to be a good price, but I would bargain anyway. Be prepared to act as if you are walking away from the deal. You never know...they may come down a few thousand.

Newmar makes excellent units. That particular one looks good at first glance.

If I was looking to buy, I'd go see this one for sure and soon. If it checks out grab it !!!
