That's the problem with all diets - as soon as you go off them, you gain the weight back. A 6-week diet plan is only going to be effective for the 6 weeks you're on it. And, the quicker you lose the weight, the faster you will regain it.
If you want to lose weight and keep it off, you have to permanently change your eating and exercise habits. If you're not willing to make that forever commitment, you're going to keep yoyo'ing with your weight.
