If you want to lose weight and keep it off, you have to permanently change your eating and exercise habits. If you're not willing to make that forever commitment, you're going to keep yoyo'ing with your weight.
That is what I failed to do. I did not permanently change my eating habits. I did little or no exercise and still lost the Weight. Good Luck to those who try it. Had I kept on it even for longer than 6 Weeks, I would never have started gaining again. You can stay on it as long as you want, even forever.
