I would recommend discussing the diet with a dietician and your doctor. Many diets that are "successful" at fast weight loss are not at all appropriate for permanent eating habits. Having been so heavy, going longterm on one of these diets can do more harm than good. I know how good it feels to finally lose the weight, but don't lose sight of the longterm goal (to be healthy) for the shortterm benefits (weightloss).
