Anniversary Dinner Over Cherry Wood and Hickory
This is a little something I cooked up over the fire for my wife for our 8th anniversary. Cooking over the fire is one of my favorite things to do camping.
Menu:
CAB Filet Mignon
Pan Seared Scallops
Pan Caramelized Brussel Sprouts finished with fresh thyme
Sauteed Texas Sweet Onions with Baby Portabella Mushrooms
Fire Baked Potatoes

Dutch Oven Crescent rolls stuffed with bleu cheese and topped with honey and fresh thyme.
