These directions are for a pineapple pie. I've substituted various fruits & pudding & they all turn out great. Try Frozen sweetened strawberries with Cheesecake pudding mix (yes Jello makes one), or blueberry pie filling with lemon pudding. You might need a tad more milk if the fruit you use isn't juicy enough.
Pineapple Sour Cream Pie
1 graham cracker crust
1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 small can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/4 c. Milk
1c. Sour cream
1 tub Cool Whip
Mix pudding mix, milk, sour cream, & pineapple together. Pour and spread into crust. Top with whipped topping. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
