Anyone Freeze Chinese Takeout?
I would like to take some dishes with me. Will they freeze and still be good defrosted and re-heated?

Well, you can buy all the Chinese food frozen like the P.F. Chang dishes but they are flash frozen. Your results will probably vary depending on what the dish is. What are you thinking about? We usually stop at our favorite place and eat the Chinese food the first night in camp and the next day for leftovers.
