My opinion is that both those should do pretty well. It would be the food with the batter coating that I'd avoid. Your food might not look as perfectly appealing as fresh but will still taste good.
Double ditto. Lo mein does not freeze well either. Sweet and sour pork goes soggy when defrosted.
