bananas foster

A quick over the top dessert

One gallon blue bell ice cream

two sticks butter melted in sauce pan

liberal addition of cinnamon

cup and half maybe two cups dark brown sugar

simmer til slightly candyfied

add a cup of banana liquor

add cup of dark rum

be careful of flash fires

heat till lites have evaporated

add 4 bananas quartered and cook for 2-3 minutes

spoon bananas and liquid over ice cream and enjoy
