STRAWBERRY BANANA CHEESECAKE SALAD

STRAWBERRY BANANA CHEESECAKE SALAD

Stir together:

1 bag of miniature marshmallows
16 oz of vanilla yogurt
1 regular size tub of cool whip
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box/pkg of no bake cheese

cake filling (just add in and mix with

rest of ingredients…do not actually

make the mix)

Stir in
1-2 containers of sliced up strawberries
3-4 sliced up bananas

Other fruits can be substituted or

added as desired.

Best served chilled and same day

due to banana discoloration

My only critique would be either way more fruit or less cream mixture.

You might have done something wrong. Both times that has been made in my family the mixture has been med. thickness.

  • I made your STRAWBERRY BANANA CHEESECAKE SALAD for Easter and everyone loved it. Thanks for sharing your recipe.
  • I have to ask:
By "regular" size, you mean the 8 oz?
"Containers" of strawberries - the frozen ones with juice? Or fresh, without?
    Thanks.

I printed copies and handed some out in the office. I know of 4 that are making it for Easter.

I think they called it a salad because you toss everything in together

No different than an Ambrosia salad or a Waldorf salad.
  • Well I certainly wouldn't call that a salad, but it sounds delicious. Looking forward to trying it during one of our group camp outs this year. Love the idea of adding blueberries.
  • great recipe for a group dinner.
if you did it for July 4th, you could add in some rinsed blueberries.
