Beer Bread
My 92 yr old mother has a recipe for beer bread but isn't sure if she should grease the pan. I'm pretty certain that any bread pan should be greased but decided to ask anyway just in case. Thanks....

Have been baking bread for over 60 years and have never seen a recipe that says to use an ungreased pan! I guess it would depend on how much grease/butter/oil your mother uses before letting the dough rise.
