Beer Bread
My 92 yr old mother has a recipe for beer bread but isn't sure if she should grease the pan. I'm pretty certain that any bread pan should be greased but decided to ask anyway just in case. Thanks....

Beer Bread 3 Cups self rising flour 12 oz Beer (room temperature 4 tbsp sugar 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine Mix first 3 ingredients, pour in lightly greased loaf pan. Pour melted margarine or butter over top and bake at 350 for 50 minutes. You can add other ingredients like garlic or cheese.
