Beer Bread
My 92 yr old mother has a recipe for beer bread but isn't sure if she should grease the pan. I'm pretty certain that any bread pan should be greased but decided to ask anyway just in case. Thanks....

No need to oil the pan. Just melt the butter in your baking pan, then pour off the butter to use to top the dough.
