I use their sourdough waffle recipe every week. To that I add butter and maple and pecan extracts and a good amount of cinnamon. Another good extract is Buttery Sweet Dough.
I often make them as regular (toaster size) waffles that I freeze for a quick toasted waffle with natural peanut butter. A batch usually makes 18 for the freezer. So much tastier and healthy than those frozen waffles. I use 9 Grain or Ancient Grains flour, some sprouted whole wheat flour,and ground flax seed.
