The reason I wanted a mix is that we have a small concession trailer which we take to events throughout the year. We do fresh baked cookies, soft baked pretzels, pizza sticks, frozen bananas, nachos, popcorn, caramel and cheese corn, hot dogs, coneys, apple chips, etc. Wanted waffles for early events for a breakfast item. Have limited power and refrigeration. Don't want to worry about milk, eggs, etc. At home, I make most things from scratch. In the trailer we need quick, easy but good. If it doesn't taste GOOD, we won't serve it. If we won't eat it we won't serve it.
