Bread baked on the Cobb grill
I decided to give baking some bread on the Cobb a try. I must say, it far exceeded my expectations. I used coconut charcoal and got the grill blazing hot. I used the deflector plate and the rack....

Interesting. I'll have to try it. I make all of our bread, mostly artisan, at home, but not on the road. The reason I don't on the road is simply not wanting to fight the oven in the unit. I don't have access to coconut charcoal though, at least not that I'm aware of. I think I'll try it with chunk and grab a flower pot saucer for a stone.
