Kicking around the idea. I too am a novice, but what better way to get your feet wet.
I looked at some of the videos, and the stuff they are cooking looks like it came from a 5 star restaurant. The ingredients are a little pricey for me,too. If I enter, it would have to be with tasty homey kinds of food.
I can bake some tasty, good looking, artisanal bread, though.
They will be having other cook-offs, just for the fun of it, so you should register and be a part of that.
The camping area, nearest the action, is already being reserved. We have our spot already, because those ovens are heavy to carry around.
