They will be having other cook-offs, just for the fun of it, so you should register and be a part of that.
The camping area, nearest the action, is already being reserved. We have our spot already, because those ovens are heavy to carry around.
Definitely get your reservations early. Bread takes skill in a DO; your artisanal bread would definitely be a contender. Garlic cloves in the dough would kick it up to the next level I would think.
