A million Thanks for posting this ! I made it last night and it's very good. I used diced celery since I had no relish. Any more low carb recipes or tips will be welcome ! I have an electric steamer and I steam a whole bag of baby carrots or fresh green beans then store them in quart glass jars in the refrig. Easy to spot and we eat them on leaf salads or warm them up and eat with meat. Pumps up our veg consumption. Our Doctor says eat 5 to 6 cups of vegs per day !! I actually store a lot of things in glass jars. I recycle plastic peanut butter jars but not the lids - they will fit narrow mouth jars.
