Chewy or Crispy?
Which do you prefer in pizza crust? Chewy or crispy? Thick or thin?

I'm a lots of toppings guy, with one exception. In the summer when the basil is in I have a weakness for a sauce, cheese and fresh basil leaf pizza, not heavily topped. Talk about flavor.
