I have had one for about a year. Besides doing steaks, I have done chicken breast, lamb chops, pork tenderloin and reheated a medium size roast to keep it at med-rare that we like. As someone else suggested “YOU TUBE” has hundreds of videos that should guide or give you ideas on how to customize it to your liking.
