you could do up a big batch of hot wings at home ahead of time, freeze them, then put them in a couple big crock pots to heat them up.
I use the McCormick Hot Wings coating. I put the wings pieces in a big zip lock bag, sprinkle liberally with olive oil, mix it up with the wings, then dust each zip back with one or two packages of the mccormick mixes. then let it marinate an hour or a day. then bake at 450 for 30 minutes. use a foil lined cookie sheet to save clean up mess.
I have done this several times for our family reunions and they're always a hit.
another one is: bbqued pork on sliders. do up a big pork butt, shred, bbq sauce of your choice and slider buns. Sliced onions and dill pickle chips.
and finally, I've done up a big pot of chicken alfredo and that was well received.
