Country Ham
Out in Kingman Az fer a spell. Wife has been to the few supermarkets there are including a WalMart. Not one of them had Country Ham. Asked at two of them and they did not know what country Ham is!

It is a regional delicacy. Can't find it in Florida either. I always take 2 pounds of sliced country ham when I travel. Easy sandwiches, easy breakfast meat, superior midnight snack. I only eat it on vacation, though.
