Crockpot Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti

We made this for dinner tonight and it was really good! It is so easy to make and we used two cans of white chicken meat instead of the cooked chicken. Cuts down on the prep time. We had a nice salad with it.

16 oz dry spaghetti, cooked
1 lb Velveeta cheese
2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with chilies
4 oz can mushroom stems and pieces
1/2 cup water
1 small onion, diced
salt and pepper to taste

Spray slow cooker with cooking spray or use a cooking bag. Combine
all ingredients in slow cooker and stir to mix well. Cook on LOW 2-3 hours. Stir before serving. Makes a lot!

Note: We put the spaghetti in the crock pot 1/2 hour before serving as it would get "mushy" if much earlier than that.
