crockpot
Thinking about running the crockpot off the inverter (setting in the sink)while going down the highway. Any hints?

crock pots have an extremely low draw, most are under 3 amps or 360 watts, and pretty safe as long as they are in a secure location, the sink would be my choice.
As for the inverter, even though you don't have higher start up draw, I would want a cushion anyway. I would want a 500watt or heavier.
