Proboly healthier then frying in grease hahahah but yeah another great way to,do it

I bake my salmon patties in the oven @400*. Flip them after about 8-10 minutes. Cook until brown on both sides.

I can my own fresh caught salmon and love it for patties.

Fresh is always better, yes, but fresh, canned....I cant wait to give this one a shot!

I like using freshnas well but a lot of people camping don’t have access to it at the little stores but most of the time in cans but yes I do agree fresh is always better!,

I would suggest using fresh or smoked salmon instead of canned.
Otherwise there is nothing deluxe about it.
