It doesn't get much easier than pepper jelly over cream cheese served with some crackers.
The quickest and easiest appetizer and very tasty. Served this for New Years. My son took a bite, I asked him if he liked it. He said it's OK. He ended up eating 3/4's of it LOL. - Sportsman2505qsExplorer1 package cream cheese
1 jar carmel topping
1 bag flat pretzels
Put cream cheese on plate. Heat carmel in microwave and pour over cream cheese. Serve with the pretzels. - RandACampinExplorer IINot quick and easy but Atomic Buffalo Turds and Moinks are always a big crowd pleaser.
- rockhillmanorExplorer IILong green onions.
Philadelphia cream cheese
Pastrami or seasoned prime roast beef slices from the deli
Take cream cheese and spread thickly over end of onion.
Wrap pastrami slices over cheese.
Every time I make these it still surprises me how everyone goes ga ga over them. Men, women young and old. And no it does not taste like you are just eating an onion! - NYCgrrlExplorer

Cocktail Weenies with grape jelly and BQ sauce! Just Kidding, but monitoring these post for possible Football Game fare :)
I never knew this recipe actually existed until some women on another forum I frequent insisted they weren't "snipe hunting".
Still haven't tried it BUT I still have a bucket list.... - magnusfideExplorer IICheese and red seedless grapes with garlic French baguette rounds sliced thinly.
We get the cheese that's already cubed.
Put two on a toothpick with a grape in the middle.

Baguette Rounds

Slice baguette into thin rounds.

Easy peasy. - LynnandCarolExplorerCocktail Weenies with grape jelly and BQ sauce! Just Kidding, but monitoring these post for possible Football Game fare :)
- FULLTIMEWANABEExplorerIf you are looking really quick and easy:
Round Sour Dough bread loaf, hollowed out and filled with spinach dip with bread removed from middle placed around outside plate edge or in a separate bowl, to use with dip. Quick, easy, attractive and very tasty. (if you want to not make your own buy premade Spinach dip).
Same below using premade for ease and speed:
Cut up french bread in rings, with pots of bruschetta and Tzatiki dips to enjoy.
Finger sausage rolls, throw in oven on tray to warm through thoroughly (usually pre cooked before being frozen).
Also good old reliable cheese cubes and silverskin pickles on cocktail sticks displayed on a foil covered round.
Trays of cut up meats and sausages same with fruits.
Fruits cut up on sticks, half pre-dipped in chocolate or offer a chocolate fountain to do their own fondues if available.
FWIW: Over the years we've done tons of potlucks with upwards of 80 folks typically on a Christmas Eve, and each person was asked to BYOB and a dish that's representative of where they originate from, caused great conversations on the history behind the dish and how it is made, from others that enjoyed something not typical to their regular diets. - Super_DaveExplorerIt doesn't get much easier than pepper jelly over cream cheese served with some crackers. Sam's Club has an awesome assortment of warm prepared appetizers that are just cookie sheet to oven ready. I always like bacon wrapped water chestnuts or mini smokie link sausages. Spinach dip is awesome with some soft French bread.
