Favorite Crockpot recipe

I'd like to add to my crockpot recipes. My current favorite is Taco Soup. I use this Paula Deen recipe with a couple of changes. I omit one can of pinto beans and add a can of drained and rinsed black beans. I also omit the cans of diced tomatoes and diced green chilies. In their place I use 2 cans of original Rotel. I usually brown the beef and onions the night before. In the morning all I have to do is dump everything in the crockpot. I love easy and tasty! Do you have a favorite crockpot recipe that you would share?

    Beef Tips and Gravy

3 – 5 Lbs. Sirloin or Stew Meat (cut into strips or generous cubes)
1 pkg. Dry onion soup mix
    1 Can Beef Broth
    1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
    Salt & Pepper to taste
    ½ Tbsp Minced Garlic
2 – Dry pkg. Brown Mushroom Gravy Mix
1 – 2 Tsp Kitchen Bouquet Gravy Seasoning
    ½ Cup Flour

Mix soup mix, Italian seasoning, garlic and beef broth in crock pot. Add meat cubes and cook on low for 6 – 8 hours or on high 5 – 6 hours. During the last half hour, use a large spoon to skim surface fat off of juices. Then ladle off as much juice as possible and mix gravy mixes, flour and Kitchen Bouquet until it is smooth with no lumps. Add back to crock pot and put on high for the last half hour. Serve over a bed of your favorite mashed potatoes.
