Instead of tzatziki, try it with moutabel for a change-up. Good stuff on warm pita bread.

Hmm..good to know for those who are lactose intolerant or just want a change of pace.
Last year I made pita bread on the grill from pizza dough and spices and it was an experience I plan to reproduce this year.
