- rolling_rhodaExplorerLawrys seasoned salt while it's on the grill
- rockhillmanorExplorer III mix in Woschesster Sauce and the 'original' Open Pit BBQ sauce to the raw beef BEFORE I cook it.
Not enough to over whelm the ground beef, just a little bit of each to add flavor.
Most of my guests can't pin point why it tastes so great they just think it is really good beef and/or how I cook it! :W - ridingfamily4ExplorerA1 Bold Original Dry Rub

We've tried all different stuff over time. Salt & pepper is still the best. - Hawk7ExplorerI use garlic salt and minced onions on our burgers. Sometimes I'll put a little dash of Worchester sauce.
- Bill___KateExplorerWe like minced fresh garlic, Worchester sauce, a little cumin, salt and pepper, and sometimes a little minced onion,

I am wondering what is everyone's favorite hamburger seasoning?
More beef ;) Like my burgers thick and meaty. - Jerrybo66ExplorerWith beef prices so high and boneless pork sirloin @ $1.70# at Costco I ground some for burgers. I mixed some Kirkland Organic (no salt) Seasoning into the patties. A slice of cheese & ketchup and it as good as any beef burger. (Opinions may vary) ;) I've also made them as a sandwich, lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheese mayo, etc...I don't like to cover the taste of a good beef burger so I gotta agree with salt & pepper......... And a little ketchup..........
