Tuscan mixed grill
Variety of sausages, cut in 1 inch pieces: sweet Italian, not Italian, turkey pesto, garlic and herb turkey, etc.
Quartered onions
1" red bell pepper chunks
Diced portobello mushrooms
Small new potatoes, quartered or eigths, I like red potatoes
Garlic cloves1" slices or yellow squash and zucchini
Italian seasonings
Evoo
Toss all ingredients with Evoo (I like basil and rosemary flavored Evoo) and grill Ina grill proof pan with sides, I guess disposables would work, over med low heat, letting ingredients brown and carmelized
When nearly done, halve some romaine hearts without coring, so they hold together. Drizzle the cut side with Evoo. Grill a few minutes on the cut side just to get grill marks. Drizzle with white balsamic vinegar and top with some of the mixed grill
Serve with crusty Italian bread
