We have a Kitchen aid with all the grind sizes from fine to course. Brucelosis isn't that big a problem and Dogs unless you handle unborn fetuses which soundlike someone on this forum is doing to spread another scare. Any meat labeled hamburger can have spleen, tongue, “Pink slime” is beef trimmings. Once only used in dog food and cooking oil, the trimmings are now sprayed with ammonia so they are safe to eat and added to most ground beef as a cheaper filler.Go get yourself a McDs double. They buy cancer eyed cows and make "Hamburger" out of them. I hauled cows for them at one time.
