Weeeeel, been thinking about getting a couple of beefs to raise but that would mean a lot of money in fencing. Neighbors lead cow just takes the herd right though electric fencing.
Then the local Slaughterhouse/Butcher give us deer back that is impossible for the dog to eat and the Mexican workers or he keeps about 15% of the carcas, sells it to people wanting some hamburger or steaks and lies about it.
So maybe I'll juts eat green onions, poke salad, and pinto beans.
Got quite a few deer her and I remember how to butcher them but ain't got the heart.
