Then the local Slaughterhouse/Butcher give us deer back that is impossible for the dog to eat and the Mexican workers or he keeps about 15% of the carcas, sells it to people wanting some hamburger or steaks and lies about it.
So maybe I'll juts eat green onions, poke salad, and pinto beans.
Got quite a few deer her and I remember how to butcher them but ain't got the heart.
This is why our family staffed "cutting and wrapping day". Make sure we got what we raised, not the workers.
Maybe you can ask your neighbor if you can pay a little to keep a calf on his land, or ask if you can go in half on one of this.
