I have the camp chef same size. I mainly use it for big pots of low country boil or boiled peanuts. I also have the pizza oven which is awesome.
I have two big skillets and a Teflon electric griddle so if I bought a Camp Chef griddle I would get the small one so I could use it next to the grill box.
