I considered a large skillet, but trying to maximize the stove top. Main reason I haven't considered a Lodge griddle as there would still be "unused" space on the stove.
I do have the Lodge 5 pc set as well, just looking to increase (mainly) breakfast capacity. Main reason I would get 2 if I go with the 1/2 size griddle.
I have considered the grill or pizza oven, but we have a Coleman Roadtrip already, and don't see us cooking a pizza while camping. But if we were to, probably take the smoker to cook it.
