Ham, Lamb, or Something Else?
What meat do you normally eat for Easter assuming you celebrate it?

My mother was Polish. Ham (local, glazed spiral slice; as good as Honey Baked at much less cost), Holiday Kielbasa (also local) with the strongest horseradish you can buy !
I love potato perogies, fried with onions and a dab of sour cream, but only my wife and I eat them, (holiday meals include a minimum of 6 adults and 5 children age 3-8) so she stopped making them !
She did say that she was going to do cooked red cabbage with apples ! Yummy !!
