One other comment; the 13 minute cook time seems to yield perfect yellow yokes; no green yokes.
Also, when I said Boiling Water; that means put the eggs in boiling water and then turn the heat down until just a simmer; barely boiling, or you will crack eggs. Similar to what Little Kopit does.
Seems to work for us and like I said, if you have a method you like, that's great. Probably more than one way to boil an egg.
