Oh, ok, will try that...
I've left it on the grill as I understood it, newbie so bear with me, that the meat will 'Release' when it's ready to turn. Typically I'm 'turning' it after a longer time so maybe that's the problem..
Gill oiling, I have one of those grill/oil brushes that does put a good amount on there, then just 'Smokes' off. So maybe I need to oil it and immediately put the meat on?
And then flip it shortly after to keep from sticking?

Mainly cooking Pork Loins and chicken, if that helps at all..
