This is how most all the world that doesn't have reliable electric power, such as Africa and parts of Central/South America, gets their milk. It's whole, not skim milk.
It runs $4.99 at my local Walmart. I keep some around for coffee when I return home from traveling and haven't gone to the grocery yet.
