Be sure to register your grill with Weber. Even though you got it cheap, it is still warrantied. Weber are great folks to deal with and stand behind their products. I bought a Weber Silver gas grill, real cheap when Service Merchandise went out of business, and it had a broken hinge on the cover. Weber sent me a new cover, and almost 12 years later when the grill box burned-out, they sent me a new grill box, since it was still within warranty.
