I need a new grill

My wife and I got a new camper and we are looking to buy a new grill. Can anyone give suggestions of a grill that is fairly reasonable and works well.
  • ya I wish I could see it also but the Bass Pro Shop website says it's on backorder and I don't know when it will be in stock, hopefully soon because I want one too.

as I said in my earlier post we love our Weber grill but your right there is nothing that beats the taste of something cooked on charcoal.
we are seriously thinking about buying this charcoal grill grill it has a lot of good reviews and looks really solid and I believe it will last a good long time. it is a bit pricey but as they say, you get what you pay for, right. we want to have both the weber and this grill. we will mostly use the weber but when we want a good steak there is nothing better than charcoal.

Wow, I am going to look at that grill tomorrow. I just wonder how heavy it is.

  • How often do you plan to grill?
I bought a small $25.00 charcoal grill at Walmart that fits m needs perfectly as we do not grill out often when on the road
  • I am thinking about going charcoal. My wife likes the flavor and she says when you are camping you should have time as you are supposed to be relaxing
  • we love our Weber Q200 grill now I think is called the Q2000
we have the flip out side trays and just love it
you won't go wrong with a Weber grill
  • X3 - except we got the Q120 (latest version is now named the Q1200). It has flip out side trays and a thermometer.

I have the Weber Q100 for about 3 years now. It is easy to clean and put away - even to put away dirty because the grease drip pan system works very well. No mess.

It is a little small when 12 people are over for a cookout but it works very well for a few people.

Let it heat up a while and you can sear steaks on it.

My old cast iron griddle fits on top for when I want to make french toast for a big morning crew.

I got fittings to attach it to a 20 lb. propane cylinder.
