Well, because I am cooking for and serving upwards of 250 local folks, my cranberry sauce will be a huge bowl of both, mixed together. Green bean casserole will be drained whole beans cooked to death with added onions, stewed tomatoes and limp bacon....Not MY druthers, for sure....just following directions :O
