Ok.. yesterday I was ashamed of myself after bashing the ol' traditional "green bean casserole" so badly. We had a great time at a large gathering yesterday and people were diving in the LARGE casserole dish of GBC and carrying on talking about how they wait alllll year just for that (?). I was eying the 28# turkey in the smoker with a mahogany colored skin glaze worthy of a photo shoot! But...but.. to each his own. There are clearly people who LOVE GBC!
