Incredibly tasting Frozen No-bake berry cheese cake.

Saw this on the Chew.
Ya, it was raining out and I actually watched a cooking show!
But tastes great and perfect for making in an RV. So easy anyone can make it!

Frozen No-Bake Berry Cheesecake

Buy an already made graham cracker pie crust.

Take it out and crumble it up and add some melted butter and then push it into a loaf pan.

Add condensed milk, cream cheese and some zest and the berry of your choice and pour into loaf pan and freeze. Slice it and DONE!

Better tasting than any frozen cheese cake I've ever bought at Dairy Queen! :B

Here's the exact ingredients.

No-Bake Summer Berry Cheesecake

1 store-bought graham cracker pie crust
(removed from pan and crushed)add 2 tablespoons melted butter
8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
14 .5 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 orange (zested)
16 ounces frozen mixed berries or just your favorite berry.

  • Mix in a bowl on medium speed:
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1 tsp. almond extract
    2 tsp. milk
8 oz carton frozen whipped topping

Spread in a pre-made graham cracker pie crust.
Open a can of cherry pie filling and stir in 1 tsp. almond extract. Spread this over the cream cheese mixture. The crust should have a clear protective
cover so turn it upside down so it forms a dome over the dessert and chill.

Substitute: blueberry pie filling and lemon extract

1 can pie filling is actually enough for 2 desserts.
