Induction cooktops - what is your experince in an RV?

To get the full benefit of an induction cooktop, you need 240v. I, like you, have both. The plug-in 110v has no where near the power as the home unit. But, I do like the fact we are not using propane. We are using the power we pay for when we have an electric site.
