Induction cooktops - what is your experince in an RV?

Hi,

I've been using a NuWave induction single burner in the RV for a long time. It is much superior to a hotplate. I've recently added a 2nd one. I find the NuWave to be just as fast as my built in stove top induction in my Condo. The NuWave has steps of 5 f which is much nicer than the stove top with ten settings.

I did add a 2nd power outlet on a different circuit to the kitchen.
